Any information that you give us is held with the utmost care and security. It will not be used in any ways to which you have not consented which are deemed to be as follows:

• For the purpose of processing orders

In the unlikely event of a sale of some or all of our business, Carla Beeby London will disclose your personal information to a purchaser that agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of this privacy policy

Pricing Policy

All prices are inclusive of vat where applicable at the current rates, however, they are exclusive of packing, carriage and insurance
We reserve the right not to accept an order if there has been a pricing or product description error

Order Placement

At present we cannot accept payment online, but if you would like to order a bag please call or email us with your order and contact details. Once we have received payment we will contact you to confirm receipt of your order; then again in a further email confirming your order is ready for dispatch along with a shipping reference. Because everything is made to order it may take up to 4 weeks for your order to be delivered, but we will endeavour to get it to you as soon as possible, as we totally understand how excited you must be. Please be aware at the time of placing your order that due to the fact that all bags are made to order we cannot offer refunds unless items are found to be faulty.
Our acceptance of an order takes place and the contract is made when we dispatch the order, even if your payment has been processed, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or have cancelled your order
We may refuse to accept an order:
a) if the goods are not available
b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment
c) if there has been a pricing or product description error
or d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions

Orders can be delivered to either business or residential addresses, however all packages will require a signature on receipt of delivery. It is customary for the companies we use to leave a notification card with their contact information if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, however this may not always be the case and Carla Beeby London cannot take responsibility if a notification card is not left in any instance.

Shipping costs

Delivery on all bags within the UK is usually just £7.00, for smaller items please ask. For overseas orders please contact us before writing making payment and we will advise you as to the shipping costs

Returns Policy

Customer service and your confidence in us is of great importance to us at Carla Beeby, however due to the fact that all items are made to order we cannot offer refunds unless items are found to be faulty. In the unlikely event that you should find something wrong with your order please contact us within seven days of receipt so we can refund, exchange or replace your order.

Goods must be unused and with their original labelling attached. We reserve the right not to accept items once they have been used and where we deem any damage or fault to be the result of wear and tear. Any items returned must be done so at the responsibility of the sender. Carla Beeby London cannot be held responsible for items lost of delayed when being returned. Wherever possible we will replace faulty orders, except where lines have been discontinued and you will be offered an alternative of equal value or a refund at our discretion

Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and other intellectual property rights on all material on this site are owned by us or our licensors. No part of this website may be reproduced or stored without our prior written consent

Whilst we endeavour to ensure all information on this website is correct, we may make mistakes from time to time and cannot warrant the accuracy of the material herein, in which case we reserve the right to make changes to the products and prices described on the site any time without notice The material on this site is provided “as is” without any conditions, warranties or other terms of any kind.
