Order information

To keep our bags exclusive, we don’t churn out millions of the same bag, which may mean we don’t always have everything in stock. In such instances, you may get an error message when you try and add it to your cart. Please don’t despair if this is the case, and bear in mind it is always worth contacting us as there may be new stock just around the corner.

Methods of payment

We can now accept payment online via PayPal. If you have one, you can pay using your PayPal account, otherwise by using a credit or debit card through PayPal’s system (you don’t even have to sign up for an account). If you’d prefer to pay using a good old fashioned cheque or money transfer, that’s fine by us - please follow these 3 easy steps:

  1. Contact us through our contact page letting us know what you would like and the address to which you'd like it sending, bearing in mind it will need signing for.
  2. We will get back to you just as soon as we can with availability and payment instructions. Please note that postage and packing will be added to your final invoice.
  3. Once your payment has cleared, your item will be dispatched.

Once you’ve ordered

We will endeavour to send out all orders within 5 working days, but at busy times this may be longer. However, we totally understand how excited you must be, so we will always contact you to let you know when your order will be dispatched.

Delivery Methods

Orders can be delivered to either business or residential addresses, however, please be aware that all packages will require a signature on receipt of delivery. It is customary for the companies we use to leave a notification card with their contact information if the delivery address is unattended at the time of attempted delivery, however, this may not always be the case and Carla Beeby London cannot take responsibility if a notification card is not left in any instance.

Shipping costs

Delivery on all bags within the UK is usually just £7.00. Delivery on wallets and purses within the UK is £3.00 and £2.00 respectively. This will automatically be added at the checkout.

For multiple item orders, because of limitations with the system, standard delivery charges will automatically be added per item. However, we think this is a bit unfair, so we will refund any extra costs to you by PayPal once the transaction has been completed. For example, if you order a bag and a purse or wallet, we’ll still only charge you £7.00. If you order two bags we’ll charge £10.00 etc.

For International orders please contact us before making payment and we will advise you as to the shipping costs.

Returns Policy

Customer service and your confidence in us is of great importance to us at Carla Beeby London.

If, for any reason, you’ve changed your mind about the goods, they aren’t suitable, or you’re not completely satisfied with them, please return them to us within 14 days of dispatch, in a saleable condition, and we will refund the cost of goods.

Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging and with their original labelling attached. Any returned goods will be subject to inspection.

Please be aware that returned items must be done so at the responsibility of the sender. Carla Beeby London cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed when being returned. Please also note that any refunds can only be credited to your original method of payment.

In the unlikely event that you should find something wrong with your order, please contact us within seven days of receipt so we can refund, exchange or replace your order. Wherever possible, we will replace faulty orders like for like, except where lines have been discontinued and you will be offered an alternative of equal value or a refund at our discretion.

We reserve the right not to accept items once they have been used and where we deem any damage or fault to be the result of wear and tear.
